Job Responsibilities:

• Meet quarterly set sales target.
• Develop business opportunities with the objective of achieving personal and group sales target for quarterly basis.
• Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales. Work closely with the channel partners and pre-sales to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
• Conducts training, seminars and presentations to channel partners.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering or any business-related field.

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Architecture Designer to lead and drive the design process across a variety of commercial and corporate interior projects. This role demands strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design concepts, producing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and ensuring design execution aligns with client expectations, project timelines, and budget. You will also guide junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and uphold quality standards through every stage of the project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creative and up-to-date with the current interior design trends/ materials/ fabrication methodology.
• Responsible for producing 3D illustrations for submissions/ presentation use.
• Responsible for producing detailed 2D layout/ detail/ sectional plans and drawings.
• Perform site visits/ surveys for data collection purposes.
• Work/ communicate/ brainstorm with various departments in smooth handling/ delivery of a turnkey project.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records. This role plays an essential part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• • Process and verify staff claims in the accounting system.
  • Enter non-trade supplier invoices, including utilities, freight, and service invoices into the accounting software.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Create and maintain accurate supplier and customer records in the accounting database.
  • Organize and maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as required by the Finance team.

Job Requirements:

• • SPM with accounting background / LCCI / Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
