Sales Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly set sales target.
- Develop business opportunities with the objective of achieving personal and group sales target for quarterly basis.
- Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales. Work closely with the channel partners and pre-sales to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- Conducts training, seminars and presentations to channel partners.
- Liaise closely with Technical Team on design and delivery schedules and closure of sales.
- Understand customer’s requirement and be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with assistance of professional services team.
- To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers/ channel partners.
- Ensure all proposal requests are delivered within the stipulated quality, timeframe and expectation and to take an active role in contributing towards the project/account strategy and sales for our solutions and ensure high quality of deliverables.
- Build close rapport and synergy with other support units and company’s customers.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering or any business-related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communcation skills, customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective team collaboration and adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Proactive, goal-orientend and positive attitude.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Senior Interior Architecture Designer
(Based at Datumstruct (M) Sdn Bhd)
Job Responsibilities:
- Creative and up-to-date with the current interior design trends/ materials/ fabrication methodology.
- Responsible for producing 3D illustrations for submissions/ presentation use.
- Responsible for producing detailed 2D layout/ detail/ sectional plans and drawings.
- Perform site visits/ surveys for data collection purposes.
- Work/ communicate/ brainstorm with various departments in smooth handling/ delivery of a turnkey project.
- Propose and manage the materials according to the design and costs as per project budget.
- Handling site supervision/ progress observation/ suppliers and vendors/contractors.
- Assist project manager to prepare tender and bill of quantities documentation.
- Conduct presentations to clients.
- Prepare sample boards/ material specification sheets for client approval.
- Knowledgeable & ensure adherence to the local building law and regulations.
- Manage and plan the daily tasks of junior designer(s).
- Check and validate the drawings of the junior designer(s).
- Lead the ISO process for Interior Design team.
- Perform tasks and duties that abide with company ISO procedures, ISO goals and KPI.
- Maintain records, documentation, correspondences and project information according to ISO requirements.
- Follow through with yearly goals (OKR) aligned with the latest organizational directives.
- Other task assigned on a daily basis.
Job Requirements:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in related field.
- Fluent in Design and Space Planning.
- Well versed in CAD software included AutoCAD.
- Well versed in Adobe Photoshop.
- Well versed in 3D software included 3D Max/ SketchUp.
- Well versed in MS Office.
- Excellent comprehension of technical drawings.
- Independent and goal oriented.
- Creative and articulate in communication.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Operation Executive
(Based at Datumstruct (M) Sdn Bhd)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Oversee and update shipping schedules, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase and shipping records.
- Act as a liaison between project teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Handle office administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Maintain records and files, both physical and digital, in an organized manner.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documents for ISO compliance.
- Support internal and external audit processes by ensuring all documentation is in place.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational needs.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and take full responsibility for assigned tasks.
