Job Responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly set sales target.
- Develop business opportunities with the objective of achieving personal and group sales target for quarterly basis.
- Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales. Work closely with the channel partners and pre-sales to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- Conducts training, seminars and presentations to channel partners.
- Liaise closely with Technical Team on design and delivery schedules and closure of sales.
- Understand customer’s requirement and be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with assistance of professional services team.
- To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers/ channel partners.
- Ensure all proposal requests are delivered within the stipulated quality, timeframe and expectation and to take an active role in contributing towards the project/account strategy and sales for our solutions and ensure high quality of deliverables.
- Build close rapport and synergy with other support units and company’s customers.
Job Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Mechanical Engineering or any business-related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales is an advantage. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills, customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Â

The role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal preparation to tender participation and deal closure—while ensuring accurate CRM updates, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with technical and support teams to deliver customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with existing and new customers across various industries in Malaysia.
- Identify, pursue, and close ICT solution sales opportunities including hardware, software, networking, and managed services.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable ICT solutions that align with their business goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, solution proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with technical/pre-sales teams to ensure successful design and delivery of proposed solutions.
- Participate in tender, RFP, and quotation processes, ensuring timely and complete documentation submission.
- Update CRM systems with accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and customer information.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in ICT, Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in ICT sales, preferably in B2B or system integrator environment.
- Solid understanding of ICT products and solutions including networking, cloud services, software licensing, and infrastructure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for timely submission and quality output for pre-sales / proposal preparation.
- Perform tasks and duties that abide with company ISO procedures, ISO goals and KPI.
- Engage and lead in short- and long-term R&D activities.
- Perform site visits / surveys for data collection purposes.
- Make efficient preparations and take initiatives ahead of time.
- Maintain records, documentation, correspondences and project information according to ISO requirements.
- Work closely with other department heads to establish project implementation plans.

- Work closely with marketing department to establish market demands and trends/ marketing initiatives related to product.

- Verify and document incoming and outgoing goods received on or off site prior to planned activities.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ bachelor’s in industrial design, Product Design, or related field.
- Having relevant working experience in Metal & Timber/Furniture/ Manufacturing/ CAD CAM/ Production/ Materials & Processes will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in CAD software (such as AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, SolidWorks) and other relevant design tools.
- Familiar with steel manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong technical drawing skills and the ability to create detailed drawings and specifications.
- Solid understanding of design principles, aesthetics, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
