Job Responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly set sales target.
- Develop business opportunities with the objective of achieving personal and group sales target for quarterly basis.
- Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales. Work closely with the channel partners and pre-sales to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
- Conducts training, seminars and presentations to channel partners.
- Liaise closely with Technical Team on design and delivery schedules and closure of sales.
- Understand customer’s requirement and be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with assistance of professional services team.
- To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers/ channel partners.
- Ensure all proposal requests are delivered within the stipulated quality, timeframe and expectation and to take an active role in contributing towards the project/account strategy and sales for our solutions and ensure high quality of deliverables.
- Build close rapport and synergy with other support units and company’s customers.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related field.
- 5 to 10 years sales experience preferred.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
- Proven sales achievements.
- Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport quickly.
- Excellence interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, committed with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide service engineering eg installation, technical and maintenance support services.
- Experience in pull cabling and hacking encourage to apply.
- Work close with Engineer/ Senior Engineer on assigned project.
Job Requirements:
- At least secondary school education with/ without relevant working experience.
- Physically fit.
- Able to travel outstation.
- Able to work overtime when required on weekends or public holidays.
- Have a valid driving license B2/ D and have own transport.
- 6 month contract with the option for renewal.
Senior Sales Account Manager
Senior Sales Account Manager – CFS Division
(Based at PT. Datumstruct Indonesia)
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly & yearly assigned sales target.
- Identify & developing Business opportunities and pipeline in assigned territory with the objective of achieving personal sales target quarterly basis.
- Work closely with the technical and designer team to achieve pre-determined goals and targets.
- To provide a comprehensive account plans, build and maintain appropriate industry skills in order to advise prospective clients on command and control facilities solutions to expand current customer base and penetrate new prospect.
- Continuous assessment of competitive environment in which the company operates in and provides feedback to Sales Manager, together with action plans to defend and grow further the company’s market penetration.
- As an account manager to accept ad hoc tasks and responsibilities in the same function and capacity to drive results and objectives as required.
- To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers / channel partners.
- Working very closely with project committee team to ensure project are executed smoothly and meet the clients requirement and satisfaction.
- Good sales track records in ICT/AV or Control Room industry will be good advantage.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree of Professional qualification in IT or Engineering with min 5-8 years working experience in ICT and/or AV experience.
- Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa.
- Proven sales achievements.
- Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and build rapport quickly
- Excellence interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, committed with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
